Product Description

The AimOS Development Kit R2 is a Broadcom® Avenger board with several interface types.

Main purposes:

  • easy evaluation of the Broadcom® Avenger switch silicon
  • easy evaluation of AimOS-Robo
  • easy evaluation of AimOS-Ethernet*
  • training platform for AimOS development
  • short time-to-market for custom Ethernet switches based on the Avenger

To start development of your own switch based on the Avenger,
AimValley’s evaluation board can be used for:

  • starting software development in parallel with hardware development
  • shortening hardware development by re-using the evaluation board design
  • providing early demonstrations based on the evaluation board
