Responsible for the development of high speed optical interfaces, ASICs and circuit packs as a Development Director since 2000. Co-author of over 20 publications on Optical Access. Co-founder AimGroup.

Ino Rots (1950)
MSc Twente University of Technology in 1979. Senior Management positions in Software Development and Systems Engineering since 1987. Responsible for the development of several Optical Networking multiplex systems as a Development Director for the Optical Networking Business Unit since 1998. Co-founder AimGroup.
