Neways Electronics International N.V., listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange, is an internationally
operating supplier of industrial and professional electronics. In 2003 , the company realised turnover of EUR 137
million and had a workforce of around 1,550 (excl. Stork Electronics acquisition). Neways has operating companies
in the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and China.
Neways is active on the market for EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services). Neways’ core activities are assembly
processes, consisting of the placement of electronic components on printed circuits (Printed Circuit Board
Assembly, or PCBA). In addition, Neways is active in the supply of micro-electronics, cable systems and
integrated equipment and (sub-)systems. Neways focuses in particular on the delivery of smaller series with the
emphasis on the flexibility, delivery reliability and quality of the product.
In addition to the production and assembly of PCBs, micro-electronics and cable systems, Neways concentrates
increasingly on development, system construction, testing and servicing and repair.
Neways delivers to OEMs and industrial suppliers. Neways products are used in the semiconductor, medical,
